The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator. Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience whenever you prefer.

The room is spacious and very bright, featuring a small balcony overlooking the main street, a wardrobe, and a 32-inch smart TV. In addition to the double bed, a comfortable single sofa bed makes the apartment suitable for up to three adults. All linens are made from Oeko-Tex certified organic cotton.

Teresa's apartment was fully equipped and absolutely NOT small.
Clean, well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful details.
The location was great for seeing all of Royal Naples (Piazza del Plebiscito, the gallery, Castel Nuovo, San Carlo Theatre, etc.) and the Spanish Quarter, as well as for getting around by public transport towards the historic center/university area as well.
Teresa was a perfect host and was accommodating with our check-in and check-out.
Highly recommended as an apartment even in summer, because it is close to the ferry terminals for the islands!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Naples centrally located with close proximity to the metro, the port and plenty of restaurants nearby. The photos don’t do justice to the apartment’s gorgeous tall ceilings! The check in process was a bit confusing initially but Teresa sent very useful instructions and was a great host! Would highly recommend 🙂

Our stay at this apartment in central Naples was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the middle of everything, with easy access to all the main sights and great dining spots. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Teresa was quick to respond to any questions we had, making the whole experience seamless. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Naples!
